Why live or invest in Woluwe?

The figures below relate to the municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.

• A family-friendly municipality: 60,956 inhabitants on 1 January 2025 across 7.3 km², with varied neighbourhoods, from the shopping street of avenue Georges Henri to the Kapelleveld garden city. Malou Park is its main green space.
• The metro, its main asset: line 1 crosses the municipality from west to east and reaches Montgomery, then Mérode, on the edge of Cinquantenaire Park, and the European quarter.
