Renovated apartment for sale in Uccle: our Alsemberg and Artéa projects

Looking for a renovated apartment for sale in Uccle? Living Home Promotion buys older buildings, has them fully renovated by its exclusive partner Next Homes, and then sells the apartments ready to live in. In Uccle, two projects are in preparation: a 1935 building on chaussée d'Alsemberg and the Artéa project on avenue Brugmann.

Here are the essentials: the apartments on offer, the sales launch dates, verified facts about the municipality and how to reserve, with no deposit.

Why live or invest in Uccle?

  • A large, residential municipality: 87,194 inhabitants on 1 January 2025 across 22.9 km², or 3,812 inhabitants per km², compared with a regional average of 7,732.
  • Plenty of greenery: Wolvendael Park and its 18th-century château, the Verrewinkel woods and the edge of the Sonian Forest. According to a Brussels Environment report (2023 data), Uccle is one of the five municipalities where tree cover exceeds 30%.
  • A wide choice of schools: French-speaking and Dutch-speaking schools, the European School Brussels I, the Lycée français Jean-Monnet and the Collège Saint-Pierre, which partly explains demand from families and expatriates.
  • Trams along the Brugmann – Alsemberg corridor: served by STIB lines including 4, 51 and 97, complemented by several SNCB railway stations.
  • A sought-after market: the average apartment price was €378,206 in 2025, the highest of the three municipalities compared in our analysis. On the rental side, Federia reports an average apartment rent of €1,545 in the first half of 2026.
  • Worth noting: Uccle is one of the nine municipalities that raised their municipal share of the withholding tax on property (précompte immobilier) in 2026.

Renovated or to renovate?

Buying a fully renovated apartment means no hunting for contractors, no managing a building site and none of the unexpected costs that so often push the bill up. You buy a turnkey home: no works to plan, a budget you know from the outset, and the option to move in or let the property as soon as the works are finished. In our Uccle projects, the full renovation is carried out by Next Homes before handover, including Artéa's rooftop extension and green roof. To compare the two options, see our costed comparison of renovated versus to-renovate properties.
